How to order?
- Visit the product page of the doll you want to purchase.
- (For dolls) Select your custom options.
- Click the “Add to Cart” button. You will be redirected to the cart page.
- On the cart page, click the “Proceed to Checkout” button. You will be redirected to the checkout page.
- On the checkout page, fill in your billing/shipping details and click on “Proceed to PayPal” (if you’re paying by credit card*, debit card*, or PayPal) or “Place Order” (if you’re paying by bank wire).
*PLEASE NOTE: For credit card & debit card payments, you will be redirected to a PayPal page to complete the payment. You DO NOT need a PayPal account to use your credit or debit card.
What happens after I place my order?
- Once your payment is confirmed, you will receive an order confirmation email.
- For custom-made dolls, production will start immediately. For other items, shipping will occur within one business day.
- Once your order has shipped, we will send you a tracking number.
At any time during the ordering process, feel free to call or email us if you have any questions about your order. We’ll be happy to assist you!
Do we offer a warranty?
Due to the nature of the products and their various uses, all our love dolls are sold AS-IS, with no warranty of any kind. This policy follows the industry standard for sex dolls. For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns once the product has been used.
However, rest assured that each doll undergoes a thorough quality check before shipping. We only send flawless dolls, rejecting any that do not pass our stringent quality tests.
Shipping
What is your shipping time?
On average, shipping takes between 10 to 18 days.
Once we confirm receipt of your payment, we begin manufacturing your doll. For most dolls, production takes around 4 business days, followed by an additional 6 business days for delivery to your door.
Please note that these shipping times are estimates. Best-selling products may require a longer production time.
Do you ship everywhere?
We ship worldwide, except to Muslim countries or India.
Is the shipping discreet?
Absolutely! All packages are shipped in plain, durable boxes with no markings. No one will know what’s inside except for you.
I live in a remote area. Can your doll reach me?
Yes, as we use reliable carriers such as DHL, FedEx, and UPS to deliver to remote areas.
If I don’t want it delivered to my home, what can we do?
We can ask the carrier (FedEx, DHL, UPS, etc.) to hold your package at their facility, where you can pick it up. Just make sure to bring your tracking number.
Alternatively, we can arrange delivery to your home at a specific time that suits you.

In which currency are your prices displayed?
The default currency in our shop is USD (United States Dollars). However, you can choose to view prices in the following currencies:

Do your dolls require any maintenance?
All you need to do is:

Please note: To prevent clothes from staining the skin, avoid leaving clothes on the doll for extended periods. Be sure to undress the doll when not in use.
To prevent wear on the underarms and other parts, store the doll with its arms and legs straight and parallel to the body.
How do I clean my doll after use?
Simply clean the area used with warm water and soap.
Can I apply makeup to my doll?
Absolutely! Some dolls come with permanent makeup, but you can also apply your own makeup over it.
Can I dress my doll?
Of course! You can dress your doll in any clothing you like. We provide bust, waist, and hip measurements to help you choose the right sizes.
What kind of lubricant should I use with my TPE/Silicone doll?
We recommend using Vaseline or any water-based lubricant.
Can I spray perfume on my doll?
Be cautious when using perfumes, as those containing alcohol can damage the doll’s skin. We suggest spraying perfume on a hidden area (like the armpit) or using alcohol-free perfumes.

Can I customize my doll?
Yes, you can! For most dolls, we offer various customization options (head, skin color, etc.), allowing you to create a unique doll from thousands of combinations.
Can I send you a picture for customization?
